Abstract: "As of May 2011, full freedom of movement of workers and free movement of services will be granted to migrants from the Member States of Central and Eastern Europe that acceded to the EU on 1 May 2004. With that, the remaining restrictions on two of the four fundamental freedoms of the common European market will have been removed. Germany will profit from this because migrants from these countries are usually young and well educated." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
