Abstract: "Even if legal barriers for the employment of asylum seekers and refugees have been lowered, the actual barriers, for those lacking German language skills for example, are still high.Therefore the pilot project 'Early Intervention' tests for a selected group of asylum seekers under the scientific monitoring of the IAB, to find out how their access to the labour market can be improved by early consulting and qulification."
