Abstract:
At the present time, North Rhine-Westphalia is testing out in various model projects how people who are being subsidized by the government can be supported by job coaches in a socio-pedagogical manner. The intention is to avoid such employment relationships being terminated prematurely. In implementing this support, one can differentiate three variations, each of which has specific advantages and disadvantages. (IAB) ((en))
