Abstract: "Neben der Tarifbindung verliert in Deutschland auch die betriebliche Mitbestimmung weiter an Bedeutung. Nur noch 41 Prozent der Beschäftigten arbeiten in Betrieben mit Branchentarifvertrag. Etwa 43 Prozent aller Beschäftigten werden in ihrem Betrieb von einem Betriebs- oder Personalrat vertreten."
