Abstract: Rural development and modernization implicitly became the main practical and theoretical issues of the local rural communities. In general, the variants of development patterns that are envisaged start from the present characteristics of the rural area, focusing upon the modernization of activities or upon occupational diversification, upon income multiplication or institutional development implicitly.
