A RETROSPECT OF LAND MARKET LIBERALIZATION IN ROMANIA

Abstract: The paper describes the situation of land market in Romania in the transition period, insisting on legislative restrictions and on practical constraints that led to the slow development of a functional land market, using data from official sources and from a special survey dedicated to the latest evolutions and perceptions with regard to land issues.
