Abstract:
Environment in which Indian business schools operate has been in flux. Dynamic changes brought about by economic globalisation, new knowledge environment, technological influences and others have redefined the expectation levels of their stakeholder and, thereby, have challenged the future relevance of business school. This paper, first, focuses on understanding these challenges and identifies the key drivers influencing business schools. With the understanding of the different perspectives on value creation, the paper brings forth suggestions for value creation contributing towards stakeholder's expectations and better quality management.
