Abstract:
Recently, many researchers believe that job stress is one of the main problems in the workplace. In an overview, job stress can be attributed to a response to the pressures of the workplace. Given the difficult circumstances under which paramedics work and recurrences of clients, patients and families who expect a definitive treatment, it is essential to consider the psychosocial and social needs of this group of therapists. This study identifies and prioritises factors of job burnout in the paramedical society as a real empirical study. To achieve this goal, the factors and sub-factors of job burnout are extracted by reviewing literature and gathering experts' judgments. To prioritise the factors of burnout, an integrated model is applied based on fuzzy DEMATEL and fuzzy ANP. Fuzzy DEMATEL is used to extract the relationships between factors and sub-factors. Fuzzy DEMATEL outputs are used to form super-matrix for fuzzy ANP. The ANP outputs are global weights of identified factors and sub-factors. Based on the calculated global weights, job burnout factors are prioritised in a paramedical society as a real case study.
