Prioritisation of the entrepreneurship factors in banking industry using FAHP and fuzzy TOPSIS

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to prioritisation of the entrepreneurship factors in banking industry in Iran. Research is describing that it was conducted to survey method. The statistic populations of this research are firms including commercial banks, specialised banks, and private banks as the expert's population and a sample of 60 experts were selected. FAHP, the fuzzy TOPSIS methods were used to analyse the data. The main instruments used for gathering the data in this study were questionnaire. In this study, firms including commercial banks, specialised banks, private banks were ranked regarding to sub-scales related to different levels of factors effective entrepreneurship of banking industry by using fuzzy hierarchical analysis (FAHP) and fuzzy TOPSIS. The results of both methods for the given companies suggested the greater importance of private bank compared with commercial bank and specialised bank for the banking industry. Considering the factors affecting the success of entrepreneurship, it was concluded that structural factors compared with other factors were placed in the first priority. According to the measure of structural factors, structure was of paramount importance.
