This research used a quantitative approach by using a survey method and structural equation modelling (SEM). This research was conducted in January until August 2018. Research finds a significant and positive influence between company culture and work-life balance on the employee engagement which means the higher the organisational culture and work-life balance. Analysis result also shows that there is a significant and negative influence of work-life balance and employee engagement on the employee turnover intention which means the higher the work-life balance and employee engagement, the lower the employee turnover intention. This is one of the small parts of a study that comprehensively test the influence of WLB on employee turnover intention with employee engagement as a pre-mediation.
