Abstract:
Globalisation has changed the taste of customers; they want quality products at minimum cost within the minimum time. Which is why, manufacturing organisations are working to improve the quality, cost, and timely delivery of products through the synergistic implementation of quality principles with supply chain management. Therefore, to access this current scenario of business performance through synergistic implementation of TQM-SCM, the current study has been carried out in the U-bolt section of the medium-scale manufacturing industry of India that has implemented both TQM-SCM. This study found that the synergistic approach of TQM-SCM is contributing in a better way than only the SCM approach.
