E-commerce - digital divide and digital native generation protection

Abstract: This study investigates e-commerce system which ensures authorised and correct transaction processing possibly without risks and threat. The return of investments in technology is fast even without a unique law for international transaction. Examining the critical issues of implementing e-commerce system there is the necessity to be perceived as a safe environment from customer with different age, different digital alphabetisation and enormous digital divide gap. The result of this analysis is the necessity of improving this system offered from the digital society to citizens without being afraid from technology. The current research illustrates e-commerce development considering digital knowledge and dangerous consequence of approaching the web without technical alphabetisation providing commercial online suggestion.
