Innovation diffusion in a context of radical industry restructuring

Abstract:
This paper, based on a detailed case study on innovation diffusion in the Chinese telecommunication industry, seeks to explore the complex relationships in a regulatory environment and enrich the traditional innovation diffusion models. The paper also indicates the learning process of the policy-maker to achieve its strategic objectives by policy interventions.
