Management control evaluation: a teaching case

Abstract:
Case studies are an innovative method of learning. This case provides students with guidelines to gaining an understanding of management control in a real-world setting. It requires students to obtain a manufacturing firm as a client, and to gain an understanding of the firm's management control practices.
