International Journal of Innovation and Learning, 2006, vol. 3, issue 4, 374-386

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to construct the intellectual capital indicators of the e-learning platform industry. The focus group interviewed was used to collect data. Content analysis and the analytical hierarchy process were used to analyse data. According to the results, the study divides intellectual capital into five dimensions: Human Capital, Customer Capital, Innovation Capital, Service Capital, and Structure Capital. The research also develops 15 indicators for business intellectual capital assessment. Measuring intellectual capital can be used to help formulate business strategies, provide some evaluation bases for venture capitalists and allocate some resources for e-learning platform companies.
