 Entrepreneurial intentions and academic satisfaction of professionally active part-time female students: comparison of management and pedagogyRadosław Skrobacki, Joanna Turkiewicz, Anna Bęczkowska and Ismael Abujarad International Journal of Innovation and Learning, 2026, vol. 40, issue 2, 151-168 Abstract: The purpose of this study was the diagnosis of the entrepreneurial attitudes and intentions of female management and pedagogy students and to compare these variables with students' satisfaction with their studies and their trust in lecturers. The research was conducted in the spring of 2023, utilising a survey as the data collection method. The survey was administered online as an extensive questionnaire to students. The study was designed as quantitative research, where 143 online surveys were collected from female students of Milenium University in Gniezno. The results of the quantitative data showed that female students were able to actively create their entrepreneurial attitude. It proved particularly important to establish the university's ability to create female students' confidence and value in the labour market using a practical profile of studies like at Milenium University. The uniqueness of this study lies in the entrepreneurial intentions of female pedagogy and management students.
