Abstract:
This study discusses the impacts of integrated ESSQ management systems and quality award models on the business and success of companies. The theoretical section of this study shows that integrated management systems and quality award models are advantageous to the operations and competitiveness of organisations. However, their use must be considered on a case-by-case basis and the models must be tailored to meet the needs of the organisation. The experimental part of the study indicates that international steel companies are not using integrated management systems and quality award models very actively.
