Based upon this the present study aims to analyse the impact of demographic factors on the entrepreneurial intention among the undergraduate students in Tamil Nadu, India. Weighted average analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis will be employed to find out the relationship between demographic factors and their impact on entrepreneurial intentions. Further this study also aims at finding out the important demographic factors that contribute towards the entrepreneurial intentions of the students.
