Abstract:
Firms operate in a world that is becoming increasingly technologically advanced. The manufacturing market in India is currently witnessing healthy competition, particularly from global giants. A dynamic spectrum of possibly viable technologies exists to meet future production requirements. Organisations must be aware of the capacity and competency maturity stage of manufacturing technologies in order to sustain competitive advantages. This article examines data quality using a variety of multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methodologies. Using a questionnaire survey, data was collected and different factors had been finalised. As a result of the analysis, the factors that have a significant impact on the company's performance and competitiveness were determined. The effects and priority of each item have been given a ranking.
