Conjunctura economiei mondiale / World Economic Studies, 2013

Abstract: The article analyzes the situation of Italy’s iem:conjununcture in 2012 and estimations for 2013. The year 2012 was for Italy - the eighth economy in the world and third in the European area - difficult, with a fairly pronounced recession that will continue, according to the OECD and the European Commission in 2013, as the effects of fiscal tightening and tightening credit conditions have an impact on economic activity. Unemployment and reduced working time will continue to rise, putting pressure on household budgets and consumption spending. 2014 is expected to be a better one for Italy, with a slight economic recovery.
