Abstract: The 1965 Eastern Meeting of The Institute of Management Sciences will be held on October 13-15, 1965 in the Sheraton Hotel, Rochester, New York. The invited and contributed papers on subjects in the theory and application of the management sciences are to be presented. In addition a half day colloquium on the subject of "The Organizational Position of the Management Scientist" will be held.
