Abstract: The solutions to several coverage problems for multiple shots are obtained by W eiss in the form of finite series. This note shows that the series solution to one of these problems reduce to the incomplete Beta function, for which tables are available, and obtains a new series solution, more amenable to computation, for a second problem.
