Abstract:
This paper reviews the missile-allocation-problem literature. The problem considered is: given an existing weapon force and a set of targets, what is the optimal allocation of weapons to targets? References are organized by type, characterized by submodel, discussed, and annotated. It is proposed that this review methodology by applied to other appropriate areas.
