Abstract: To the Council of the Operations Research Society of America. I should like to submit my resignation, as Editor of the Society and Chairman of its Publications Committee, effective as of the Ninth Annual Meeting in May 1961 or as soon thereafter as arrangements can be completed for providing a successor.
