Abstract:
Models of fleet routing and scheduling problems for transportation systems are formulated as integer linear programs with 0-1 variables. Detailed formulations and a solution technique of the L and - and -D oig type are presented and demonstrated on examples. The conclusion is that large scale models can be solved using this technique.
