Technological Innovation Audit: an Effective Way to Manage Information Asymmetry in Technological Innovation

Abstract: The paper analyzes the role of different stakeholders and their principal-agent relationship in technological innovation management system. It also examines the information asymmetry that faces the stakeholders in the system and the adverse consequences generated by the particular circumstance. Technological innovation audit can serve as a solution to the information asymmetry in technological innovation management, the importance of which is discussed from the perspectives of different stakeholders in the paper.
