Abstract: Knowledge Innovation is the ultimate driving force for enterprise development. Based on the principles of ecology, this article builds a model of Enterprise Knowledge Ecosystem, and based on the point of Enterprise Knowledge Ecosystem, does research on knowledge innovation process, aimed for providing a new thinking of knowledge innovation.
