The Application of Strategy Map in China¡¯s Thermal Power Enterprises¡¯ Strategic Management

Abstract: The article reviews the main ideas of Strategy Map at first, and then analyzes the difficulties faced by thermal power enterprises and their development directions. Finally, we make thermal power enterprises¡¯ development strategies based on Strategy Map. We hope to provide references for thermal power enterprises.
