Raising the Bar ¨C Transformative Ethics and the Example of Christ

Abstract: Transformative Ethics, a newly established ethical model that incorporates twelve other ethical perspectives, is briefly described in this paper and the life of Jesus Christ is used as a model for that perspective.? The paper summarizes the fundamental ideas of each of the twelve widely-accepted ethical perspectives and gives examples that demonstrate behaviors that have application in the individual lives of leaders and others who seek to be trusted by their associates.
