Representation of the Articulation between Spheres of Life

Abstract: Our paper aims to improve the understanding of the articulation between spheres of life among Tunisian managers, by mobilizing a mixed theoretical framework. In this context, we develop a model of representation of spheres of life simultaneously explaining the structural relationships between its different areas. This conceptual model is validated on data collected from the Word Values Survey. However, the model obtained leads to a certain hierarchy of the effects of the spheres of life.
