Abstract:
Abstract Entrepreneurship needs to transition into leadership to advance stakeholders’ interests both within and outside a firm. Based on insights from recent advances in leadership theory and practice, we present a simple, yet elegant model called TRY Leadership that identifies three qualities that enable entrepreneurs to be effective leaders in society. The TRY model complements and contributes to the emerging paradigm of responsible leadership to offer an actionable framework of leadership for entrepreneurs.
