Abstract: A politikai rendszerváltozást követő gazdasági átalakulás Magyarországon a nagyvállalati belső munkaerőpiacok felbomlását-visszaszorulását s a foglalkozási típusú munkaerőpiacok térnyerését eredményezte. A munkaerőpiac ugyanakkor feltűnően zárttá, rugalmatlanná vált. E paradox helyzet okait keresve, a szerző felhívja a figyelmet arra, hogy a korábbi belső munkaerőpiacok intézményi infrastruktúrájának leépülésével párhuzamosan nem épültek ki a foglalkozási típusú munkaerőpiacok működési logikájához illeszkedő háttérintézmények.
