Abstract: A tanulmány a munkaerő-kínálat és -kereslet középtávú prognózisa, amely átfogó képet ad a munkaerő-kínálat volumenének nemek, életkor és képzettség szerinti struktúrájáról, valamint a munkaerő-kereslet ágazatok és képzettség szerinti összetételéről. A szerző ezek alapján vázolja a foglalkozáspolitika fő stratégiai feladatait.
