Abstract: A tanulmány második részében az üzemnagyság és a mérethozadék problémáját vesszük szemügyre. A rendelkezésre álló empirikus eredmények nem támasztják egyértelműen alá a mérethozadék létét a mezőgazdaságban. A mérethozadék méré sével kapcsolatban felmerülő problémák arra utalnak, hogy a meglévő bizonyítékok is nagy valószínűséggel felülbecsülik a mérethozadék nagyságát. A tanulmány arra a következtetésre jut, hogy a mérethozadék önmagában nem képes magyarázatot adni az üzemek méretének növekedésére a mezőgazdaságban, mivel azt számos más tényező befolyásolja.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: Q12.
