Abstract: A foglalkoztatás szintje 2002-ben lényegében ugyanakkora volt Magyarországon, mint 1993-ban, és az 1997. évi mélyponthoz képest kevesebb mint 150 ezer fővel nőtt a foglalkoztatás. Ez a makrogazdasági stabilitás azonban elfedi a vállalati szféra foglalkoztatási szerkezetének kiemelkedően gyors változását. A cikk a vállalati munkahelyek rombolásának és teremtésének schumpeteri folyamatát mutatja be az 1993- 2002 közötti évtizedre. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: J6, D21, P2.
