Abstract: The permanent and unpredictable changing is a priority domain in education. The permanent change is unpredictable and education among the priority area. Creativity is an element of structure of the human activity, represented by inventive actions able to create new knowledge and experiences. A creative idea is consistent, great and in accordance with the goal. Education will be creative when teachers, leaders and managers are creative. The elements of creativity are: - The process - is the mechanism that make possible the creation - The product - is the result of creative activity - The subject - the person who creates. The creativity has the following steps: - Selection of information - Making connections - Analysis (to see or make the idea acceptable) In Peter Drucker’s vision "the creative manager" is a guarantee of efficient manager in education through: - Change the management - to introduce new methods and techniques of creativity - Apply the information inside and outside within the organization - Use specialists to value the talent, creativity and innovation - Implementing the changes.
