Abstract:
The current study, without aiming at being exhaustive, is a presentation of the normative framework in force, which regulates the professionalization of the teaching career, in the Romanian pre-university system, including here the legislative proposals that will reorganize this component, which is of a maximum importance for the entire system. The continuous training for teachers assumes reporting to training pedagogical concepts, but also the achievement of quality indicators in the process of education which is differently offered to pupils and adults.
