Abstract:
In organizational context, we face a stream of requests from increasingly diverse and growing, thus imperative calibration tasks and goals in human potential. Given that this potential can be objective in individual work, certain conditions are necessary for it to be able to show optimal. Knowing that individuals in an organization operate in groups, for their proper functioning is necessary to harmonize individuals in a unified spirit, so that each individual with a sense of belonging to the group, to highlight all the resources available. In modeling these groups to unity and solidarity the leader will intervene directly with his behavioral palette, harmonizes or disorganizes collective life. Research made in improving end-observant radiography certain leadership styles and their impact on group cohesion, the purpose of the paper being to support managers wanting to reduce malfunctions, by adopting measures to optimize leadership.
