Abstract: Analysis of the concept of psycho-pedagogical competence is to identify the fundamental determinations of teacher behaviour, types of variables involved and possible interactions that justify different degrees of competence. The conclusions of evaluative approaches may have a special significance in the context of the development and implementation of projects aimed at building professional career. The evaluation of professional activities represents the process of establishing the way and the extent to which the employee carries out his duties and responsibilities by reference to previously established goals and standards.
