Abstract: This year, on 29 June, we celebrated 120 years since the birth of the scientist Petre Andrei. He was worked mainly in the political and educational systems. Among his works include:” Sociology of Knowledge”, „Philosophy of the Value”, „The problem of Happiness”, „Sociology of Revolution”, „Problems of Sociology”, „General Sociology”. He is considered one of the founders of sociological sciences in Romania. Scientist Petre Andrei remains one of the culture titans.
