Abstract: In this research we want to present the results of a study on the knowledge of personality traits to understand the dynamics of interpersonal relationships in the organization running. Were highlighted those personality traits that affect certain aspects of the informal group structure and its degree of cohesion. As a basic core structure of organizations, microgrupurile are all taking place within which formal and informal relationships. It must be borne in mind that the employee, the group is called double on the one hand, logistic equipment and conditions of work and on the other hand, socially and psychologically, because of its interactions with other anjajaţi (colleagues, collaborators, etc.). We therefore propose to demonstrate the extent to which personality traits are key factors in the dynamics of interpersonal relations.
