The Importance of Education to Favor the Development of Students’ Creative Ability

Abstract: This study presents the importance of education to favor the development of students' creative ability. The argument insists on the fact that human evolution is conditioned and stimulated by the creativity of individuals and the actual society requires a more rapid accommodation, continuous information conjugation with the inventive creative attitude. In the first part, creativity is the core of the future education in the light of the new curriculum, the relationship between education and creativity is one of complementarity. It is underlined the importance of discovery at a young age of the creative predispositions so that education could process them under the influence of the socio-cultural environment and transformed into skills. Part Two argues creative learning, first presenting the qualities of creativity. It then insists on creative learning model, seen as a type of teaching approach based on the imaginative function and concern of psychologists, teachers and educators who hope that this type of learning to provide a new guiding principle for the human behaviour. There are then brought into question the assumptions of the creative learning by Ellis Paul Torrance. The following section refers to the adequate framework to stimulate creativity and the necessary conditions for achievement in school of a favorable climate to educate this. Techniques and methods are then listed dedicated to tackling bottlenecks and to stimulate creativity, and successful methods used in work-training format as well as the new concept of learning through projects that places creativity on a privileged place among the powers of XXI century.
