Abstract:
Social networks have become the preferred means of online communication for over a million users worldwide. They have a determinant impact on society through its distribution channels: Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. Oracle Social Network, launched in October 2011, is a new social network for business. Social networks have opened the way for aquick and direct communication between companies, NGOs, political parties, government and consumer.
