Abstract: Using new technologies and ICT to improve teaching is a necessary step in the development of the capacity to provide teacher training programs in accordance with modern methods of instruction and evaluation. E-learning programs and online courses offer opportunities of access to the latest information, acquiring new knowledge, lifelong learning, new and effective learning methods.
