Abstract: The life quality at workplace is in the central attention of leaders from organizational field. Factors like frustration, alienation, job description, organization of work, and leadership, seems to be important for life quality. The life quality at workplace is reported at the way in which work in organizational environment can influence through material and psychological status of the employees. We start from the hypothesis which says that “if the employees of a hospital are motivated by accomplishing their needs regarding the job activity, then the quality of life at workplace is a good one. The purpose of this study consists of the assessment of life quality at the workplace in medical assistance provided by hospital employees from Iasi. Some of the pruposes of this study are: the needs of medical employees; ways to improve life quality at work; needs of organizational development implemented in departments including human resources and strategies for promoting and developing life quality.
