Abstract: Numerous changes taking place in social, economic, political, educational leave their mark on every person generating challenges, questions that require new strategies imperative for action, answers. Schools need anchorage in reality social - economic conditions is an obvious fact feasible that a goal of educational reform promoters. Do school fail to meet the requirements of the social environment? School needs and community support, the whole society to guide young people in an appropriate manner. Specialists in psychology and pedagogy, are bound to grow, educate, assist with all available resources development, transforming young adult generation in generation charge, the more that can be said to traditional education models discussed in the family no longer valid entirely adolescents needs today. Their intervention is necessary because there are still prejudices and misperceptions about the activities of adult counseling and communication bottlenecks adult relationships - Young - school, when it comes to making a decision professionally.
