Abstract:
Starting from several approaches to child well-being based on concepts such as needs, rights, poverty, exclusion, quality of life, the purpose of this article is to highlight and analyze the factors that influenced policies and practices in child protection. They will be identified and discussed some specific features of each type of approach and how they influence the provision of multiple types of social services and increasing the role in child development.
