Abstract: The research focuses on the issue of attachment and its connection with conflict management. The aim of the work is to determine the existence of connections between attachment and conflict management. We also focused on determining whether there are differences in conflict management styles in a selected sample of adolescents. The research sample consisted of 127 respondents aged 16-20 years and consisted of 65 women and 62 men. To measure attachment, we used a standardized questionnaire Parental Bonding We used the PBI instrument and the Thomas -Kilmann Conflict Test (TKI) to assess conflict management. The results showed that there was no gender difference in conflict management styles. The findings did not confirm a relationship between relationship attachment and conflict management style.
