Abstract:
Yale economist Robert Shiller warned the nation that stock prices were too high in his last book, Irrational Exuberance. In a new book, he paints a picture of new financial instruments that can, if not solve, at least ameliorate many of the risks that individuals face in their daily lives - risks that go well beyond life and health insurance.
