The Great Pension Gap
Robin Blackburn
Challenge, 2004, vol. 47, issue 4, 91-112
Abstract:
This political scientist is not afraid to think boldly. He believes everyone needs a secondary pension to supplement social security, and it should be financed through prefunding. Aging will place too great a strain on society if we wait too long to finance the retirement of the baby boomers. How do we do it? He believes corporations should share much more of the load.
